PC rare earth staff skin

I've heard that these skins are rare, and have only seen one gold staff. I know the mods aren't that great, but i'm wondering with the skin.

Defensive Earth Staff
Energy +10
Earth Dmg 11-21 (req. 8)
Armour +4
Health +23
